This was a great assignment that taught me how to create a webquest assignment for a class. I learned about creating a website and how to manage it. I also learned about all the fun tricks, like animations, colors, texts, links and organizatinal tools that can be used. This was one of my favorite assignments of the year. It was long and tedious but it made me feel like a teacher and I could see myself doing many of these webquests in the future as a teacher. I will use these to teach students how to navigate, in an organized fashion, throughout the internet to research a specific subject. This will allow the students in a controlled and planned way to do their own research and use technology to benefit themselves.
